I am a clinical dietitian based in Málaga, with an international background and experience in clinical nutrition, corporate health and the healthcare industry. Throughout my career, I have worked both in direct patient care and in collaboration with companies, clinics and organizations within the Life Science and specialized nutrition sectors, integrating scientific knowledge, clinical practice and professional communication.
My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition, individualized assessment and realistic, sustainable guidance. I support individuals seeking to improve their health, body composition or performance, and I also collaborate with companies and organizations through corporate health programs, nutrition education and technical advisory services applied to workplace and healthcare settings.
Thanks to my clinical experience and my background in communication and technical support, I am able to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, practical insights, both for patients and for healthcare professionals, corporate teams and business environments.
