What does the internship program include?

Cada estudiante sigue un plan personalizado, con teoría, práctica y acompañamiento constante:

  • Clases semanales (2-3 h): teoría + casos clínicos

    • Divididas en 11 clases de Teoría a elegir + Casos Prácticos​​

  • Trabajos semanales en proyección al automanejo de una consulta: ​

    • Creación de manuales, recomendaciones y materiales didácticos para pacientes​

  • Acceso a bibliografía científica, plantillas, herramientas clínicas y menús reales

  • Uso guiado del software Nutrium y propio

  • Posibilidad de prácticas presenciales en gabinete (si estás en Málaga)

  • Título proprio de esta formación​

How can you train with me?

ONLINE IN GROUP

4-10 people

ONLINE INDIVIDUAL (1:1)

  • 3 months (12 weeks) of collective training.

  • Group classes + real clinical case studies resolution.

  • Support community + monitoring via private channel.

  • 1 day shadowing me at the clinic (optional/if possible).

  • Workload: 80 - 400 hours (depending on student involvement).

  • Price: €250/month or €700 single payment (50 € discount)

  • 3 months of personalized training.

  • Full access to materials + feedback and private meetings.

  • Ideal if you want to progress at your own pace with exclusive guidance.

  • 1 day shadowing me at the clinic (optional/if possible).

  • Workload: 80 - 400 hours (depending on student involvement).

  • Price: €400 per month or €1,150.

HYBRID INTENSIVE 

In Málaga

  • 3 months of collective training.

    • 11 online theory classes + cases and feedback.

  • In-person observation and practice at a private clinic: 3 days per month.

  • Access to real patients and use of clinical tools.

  • ISAK II anthropometry practice included (requires basic prior knowledge).

  • Workload: 80 - 400 hours (depending on student involvement).

  • Price: €450 per month or €1,300.

Program Syllabus: 12 Weeks of Clinical Training

Every week, we dive into a specific clinical topic with a practical focus, featuring theory sessions, real-case resolution, and professional application. Please note: This program is conducted entirely in Spanish.

Weekly topics:​

  1. Introduction to Clinical Practice: Management, clinical approach, and using Nutrium.

  2. Digestive Pathologies: SIBO and Helicobacter pylori.

  3. Food Intolerances and Celiac Disease.

  4. Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Breastfeeding.

  5. Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.

  6. Rheumatoid Arthritis and Anti-inflammatory Nutrition.

  7. Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes: Diet and monitoring.

  8. Shift Work Nutrition and Circadian Rhythms.

  9. Cancer: Anti-inflammatory and Low-Carb diets.

  10. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Insulin Resistance.

  11. Sports Nutrition and Body Composition (ISAK).

  12. Clinical Integration: Combined digestive, hormonal, and autoimmune cases.

  13. Real Clinical Cases: Case reviews tailored to the participant's level (materials included).
